Pranayama Methods:-

             πŸ‘‰  -:Vajrasana:-πŸ‘ˆ
 1. Both the toes should be kept together. One should not be on top of the other, one below the other and one above the other. 
2. The chest should be forward.
 3. The back should be straight. 
 4. The shoulders should rest loosely. 5.There should be a gap of four fingers at the end of both knees. 
πŸ‘‰Uses:πŸ‘ˆ
1. Relieves all leg pain. 
 2. All digestive disorders are eliminated. 3. Hunger arises in those who are not hungry. Suitable for those who are overly hungry. 
 4. The vascular ligaments that form on some of the legs are removed.
 5. Pranayama in Vajrasana gives the best result.

 Vibhaga/Section Pranayama  :

1. Hands should be kept equal. Put four fingers in a pair. 
 2. Only the line connecting the index and thumb should touch the body. 
 3. Hands should be kept parallel to the ground. 
 4. The point between the index and thumb line should touch the body exactly side by side. 
5. Place the hands below the last rib.
 6. The elbows should move forward. 

Uses:

 Vital energy is provided from the belly to the feet. All the parts work dynamically as the respective parts are given life force.

2)madhayama /medium section..
Vibhaga Pranayama:
1. The thumbs should be placed between the armpits. 
 2. The line between the index finger of the thumb only touches the body. 
 3. Hands should be placed on the upper part as far as possible. 
4.Diseasess should be kept equal to the ground. 
5.The armpit should not be pressed with the thumb. 
Usess: 
Provides vitality from the abdomen to the throat so that those parts function dynamically.

  3)Senior Section Pranayama: 

1.  Lift the first chest completely up. 
 2 Touch the chin to the chest.
3. Rotate the arms backwards, keeping them easily on the back. Keep it bent upside down.
4. Jabs hold the head down behind the ears.
 5.Once again lift the chest completely upwards. 
 6. Finally your chin should touch the chest. Keep your face as upright as possible. 

Usess: Vital energy is sent to the head.

1.Chin mudra:
1. The ends of the index finger and thumb touch each other. 
 2. Must be circular between times. 
 3. The other three fingers are touching each other. 
 4. Only the seal is tight. 
 5. Touch the anterior part between the elbows.
 Uses: Same uses that we can seen in KANISTA

2. Chinmaya Mudra: 
1. Only the tips of the index finger and the big toe should be paired and rounded. 
2.The first fingers should be folded at their roots and then folded into the palms. 
Uses: Used as in middle section 
pranayama.

3. Adi Mudra:
 1.The thumb should be folded and placed in the palm of the hand. 
2.Coverr it with the remaining 4 fingers and make a secret.
 Uses: It also has the benefits of senior pranayama. Contaminants are expelled. The life force is transmitted smoothly through the mudra pranayama.

 4. Meru Danda Mudra:
1. Place fingernails at their base.
2. Then fold into the palms.
 3. Keep the thumbs upright. 
 4. Place the seal in the middle of the thigh. 
 5. The elbows should touch the side of the body. 
Usess: Stimulates the spine.

 5.Purna Mudhra:
 1. Keep the fists together. The rings should be put together. 
 2. Place the hands on the abdomen and above the thighs. 
 3. Think of it inwards and lower the wrist. Hold the shoulders up and turn the elbows forward.

🌸.Sukha Pranayama:

Sukha Pranayama: 
1. Only the right hand should be used. The left arm should be placed above the thigh and the palm should be placed towards the sky. 
2.Only the thumb and little finger should be used. 
3.The rest of the fingers should be paired with each other. 
4.The right nostril should be placed with the thumb. 
 5. Inhale air through the nose.
6.  Exhale through the left side and inhale the air through the same nostril. Now close the left nostril with the little finger and open the right nostril. Let the air through the right piece.
7.  Then inhale the air through the same nozzle.
 8. Close the right nostril again and leave the air through the left nostril again the same pranayama routine..
