SURYA NAMASKAR/ SUN SALUTATION:-

Sun Salutation Method :-

1. First join hands and stand upright in the salutation pose. (Om Mitraya Namah) 
2 hands should be raised above the head and bent backwards. Should be inhaled. (Om Ravaye Namah) 
3. Bend forward without bending the knees and touch the ground with the hands. Then exhale. (Om Suryaya Namah) 
4. Bend the right back and bend the left knee. Should be inhaled. (Om Banave Namah)
 5. The left leg should also bend backwards and the chest should be placed on both hands. The breath must be captured. (Om Khagaya Namah) 
6. The body should be lowered and the elbows should be raised. Hands, chin, knees and toes should all touch the ground. The abdomen should exhale without touching the floor. (Om Pushnave Namah)
 7. Should come into the shoulder posture. Raise the arms, head, shoulders and chest straight up to the floor. The rest of the body should be level with the ground. Inhale and exhale. (Om Hiranya Garbhaya Namah),
 8. The body, legs and arms should be raised while touching the floor so that the buttocks are up. Exhale. (Om Marichaye Namah) 
9. Bring the right hand forward between the two hands and inhale. (Om Adityaya Namah) 
10. Repeat 3 rd posture and exhale. (Om Pavitraye Namah) 
11. The breath should be taken in by repeating the 2nd posture. (Om Atmaya Namah) 
12. Return to the 1st posture. (Om Bhaskaraya Namah)
