Taj Mahal Biryani Ingredients: Meat: 1 kg, Ghee: 250 g. , | Yogurt: 350 g. , Salt: enough, pepper: 3 tbsp; Ginger paste: 25 g .; Anguva: pinch; Coriander powder: | 25 g .; Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp; Clove powder: 1 tsp; Saffron flower: pinch (soak in hot water); Basmati rice: 1/2 kg; Milk: 1/2 glasses. 
Method of preparing: Heat ghee and fry meat, yoghurt, salt, chilli, ginger and anise. Once the water has evaporated add a little water if needed and cook the meat until soft. Add coriander powder, cumin, cloves, cardamom and saffron and mix well with a little water. Put it in the sim and keep it in the water until the ghee floats up. Rinse and soak the rice. Add more water, salt and rice and cook. Once the rice is half cooked, bend the porridge and place the half-cooked rice in a large basin and let it cool for 4 minutes. Divide cooked rice into 4 equal parts. Add ghee to a thick bowl and add a portion. Serve the whole rice and meat in the same way. Put the lid on and cook in the sim in the cooker.
